Ingredients
12Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
1lb.Roast BeefThinly Sliced
1/2CupBBQ Sauce
8Cheddar CheeseSlices
1Stick Butter
2Tbsp.Brown Sugar
1Tbsp.Dijon Mustard
1Tbsp.Worcestershire Sauce
1-1/2tsp.Poppy Seeds
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350˚F.
In a medium bowl ass the roast beef and your favorite BBQ sauce, toss together until beef is coated.
Slice the rolls in half length wise placing the bottom half into a baking dish. Add your beef on top, then the cheese slices and close off the sliders.
In a small sauce pan melt butter, and add in brown sugar, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and poppy seeds. Bring to a slight boil and pour over the sliders.
Bake for about 25 minutes, until the rolls become crispy and cheese is melted.
