Bagel Breakfast Sandwich

One thing I just don’t make enough here on YouTube is breakfast. I mean over on my website I have a pancake of the week but I really do need to do more breakfasts here. So with that in mind I decided to make a Bagel Breakfast Sandwich. Boom! This is a super simple yet awesome breakfast. Stop running out to Dunkin’ Donuts or McDonald’s for some trash breakfast and just throw down and make your own. Seriously guys a little bit of time and you have a much better little breakfast sandwich then you could get at any fast food restaurant. So go ahead give this one a try I know you will completely fall in love with this when when you do. Don’t forget to take a pic and post it to my Facebook page too!

Breakfast Bagel Sandwiches Recipe

Total Time 40 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Bacon Slices Cooked
  • 6 Eggs
  • 4 Bagels
  • 1-1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 4 Tbsp. Cream Cheese Softened
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter Melted
  • 2 Tbsp. Green Onion Chopped
  • 2 tsp. Dried Onion
  • 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp. Poppy Seeds
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350˚.
  • In large bowl beat eggs and milk together light and frothy. Heat large pan/skillet over medium heat pour in egg mixture, season with salt and pepper. Stir occasionally until eggs are set. remove from heat.
  • Spread cream cheese on the bottom halves of the bagels and place in a baking pan. Spread eggs over bagels, add crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, green onion and bagel top.
  • Brush the top of the bagels with melted butter and then sprinkle with dried onion, garlic powder and poppy seeds.
  • Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes.
