In large bowl beat eggs and milk together light and frothy. Heat large pan/skillet over medium heat pour in egg mixture, season with salt and pepper. Stir occasionally until eggs are set. remove from heat.
Spread cream cheese on the bottom halves of the bagels and place in a baking pan. Spread eggs over bagels, add crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, green onion and bagel top.
Brush the top of the bagels with melted butter and then sprinkle with dried onion, garlic powder and poppy seeds.
