Big Mac Tacos

Today’s recipe is one my wife found and said OMG we need to try this one! It’s not like an every night dinner or anything but it is so cool. We are throwing down and making some Big Mac Tacos! Yup we are making a taco recipe out of those freaking awesome Big Macs! I have been having so much fun lately fusing styles/ recipes together. This is another fun one I know you guys will totally fall in love with. Go ahead give this one a try, when you do make it be sure to take pictures and post them to my Facebook page.

Big Mac Tacos Recipe

Total Time 45 minutes

Ingredients
  

Tacos:

  • 1/2 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp. Taco Seasoning
  • 4 Sesame Seed Buns
  • 4 Cheddar Cheese Slices
  • Lettuce Shredded
  • Pickles
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Sauce:

  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. Relish
  • 2 tsp. Apple Cidar Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Paprika
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a pan/skillet break up and brown ground beef over medium heat.
  • Drain fat and return meat to pan. Add taco seasoning, salt and pepper.
  • Take the top of the hamburger bun and roll flat with a rolling pin. Fold like a taco sesame seed side out, place 1 slice of cheese in each bun.
  • Place folded buns into a toaster and toast until buns are crispy and cheese is melting.
  • While buns are toasting whisk all sauce ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  • To build taco, place lettuce then pickles, taco meat and then sauce.
