Instructions
In a pan/skillet break up and brown ground beef over medium heat.
Drain fat and return meat to pan. Add taco seasoning, salt and pepper.
Take the top of the hamburger bun and roll flat with a rolling pin. Fold like a taco sesame seed side out, place 1 slice of cheese in each bun.
Place folded buns into a toaster and toast until buns are crispy and cheese is melting.
While buns are toasting whisk all sauce ingredients together in a medium bowl.
To build taco, place lettuce then pickles, taco meat and then sauce.
