Last week’s pancake of the week was a nice savory recipe. This week though I am going in the complete opposite directions, this time the pancakes could be a desert! We are making some Brownie Pancakes! Yup you guys read that right we are making Brownie Pancakes. I mean come you know just the sound of this one alone is amazing. This is a great breakfast that will satisfy the sweetest of sweet tooth out there. I went ahead and through some chocolate sauce and sprinkles on mine just to have a little more fun with mine lol. You know put it a little more over the top and all. So go ahead guys give this AWESOME pancake recipe a try I know you will totally love it!

Brownie Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1-1/4 Cup Brownie Mix
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
- Salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, brownie mix, baking powder, baking soda and salt until evenly combined. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Heat a large nonstick pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with cooking spray, then spoon about 1/4-cup pancake batter into the pan. When little bubbles appear and start to pop, flip (about 1-2 minutes). Cook until browned on both sides.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with sprinkles, if desired.
