Bruschetta Burger

Wow! The summer is almost over and it was pointed out to me that this year for the first time I haven’t made one of my burgers! So bam here is a nice light end-of-summer burger with some great flavors. This Bruschetta Burger is a great way to liven up any BBQ and wow your friends/family with some amazing burger creations! How to Make a Bruschetta Burger

Total Time 35 minutes
Course bbq, Dinner, Lunch, Main Course

Servings 4 Burgers

Ingredients
  

Bruschetta Topping:

  • 4 Roma Tomatoes Diced
  • 1/3 Cup Fresh Basil Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Citrus Arugala:

  • 3 Cup Arugala
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Honey Mustard
  • 1 Lemon Zested
  • 1 Orange Zested
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Orange Juice
  • 1 Garlic Clove Minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • Pepper

Burger:

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 4 Buns
  • 4 Mozzarella Cheese Slices
  • Salt
  • Lemon Juice
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the bruschetta topping ingredients together in a medium bowl and set aside. Allow to sit at least for 15 minutes.
  • In a second bowl mix all the citrus topics except for the arugula. Once completely combined drizzle over arugala and toss until coated.
  • Form beef into 4 equal patties, salt and pepper. Cook burger patties on the grill to your desired temperature. Top with the mozzarella cheese. While burgers are grilling, toast the buns on the grill.
  • To assemble place cooked patty on bottom bun, next add bruschetta, then arugala, close up and eat.
