Mix all of the bruschetta topping ingredients together in a medium bowl and set aside. Allow to sit at least for 15 minutes.
In a second bowl mix all the citrus topics except for the arugula. Once completely combined drizzle over arugala and toss until coated.
Form beef into 4 equal patties, salt and pepper. Cook burger patties on the grill to your desired temperature. Top with the mozzarella cheese. While burgers are grilling, toast the buns on the grill.
To assemble place cooked patty on bottom bun, next add bruschetta, then arugala, close up and eat.
