Buffalo Chicken Jalapeño Popper Casserole

Happy Monday everyone! I have to apologize in advance I am in a Jalapeño Popper kinda of mood so I have a coupe Popper based recipes coming up. Starting with this perfect dinner recipe. Yup a simple yet very cool Buffalo Chicken Jalapeño Popper Casserole. This is a fun dinner recipe the fam will totally be into. I mean come on a simple casserole that isn’t the same old same old that everyone is always making? So go ahead guys throw down and make this awesome dinner and when you do make sure to take a picture and post it to my Facebook page.

Buffalo Chicken Jalapeño Popper Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cups Chicken Cooked and Shredded
  • 6 Bacon Slices
  • 3 Jalapeños Seeded and Diced
  • 12 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz. Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375˚. Chop and fry bacon in pan/skillet.
  • Once bacon is 90% cooked add jalapeño into pan and sauté.
  • After jalapeños are tender add in cream cheese, mayonnaise and buffalo sauce. Completely mix together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place shredded chicken in the bottom of a baking dish, spread the cream cheese mixture over it, then cover with shredded cheese.
  • Place in oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
