What is up guys who is everyone doing? Are you ready for another cool little mash up recipe? Well how about Buffalo Chicken, and Loaded Nachos, and Tater Tots!!! Yup we are throwing down making some Buffalo Chicken Totchos. This is such a freaking cool little recipe, I love.. LOVE tater tots so freaking much that this one was a total no brainer that had to be made. Trust me on this one guys go ahead and make this you will fall in love with it. Buffalo Chicken Totchos (Tater Tot Nachos)
Ingredients
- 1 28 oz. Bag Tater Tots Cooked per instructions
- 2-1/2 Cups Rotisserie Chicken Shredded
- 1 Cup Buffalo Sauce Divided
- 2 Green Onions Diced
- 1-1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 Cup Evaporated Milk
- 6 Bacon Strips Cooked & Crumbled
- 1/4 Cup Ranch Dressing
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cook tater tots per package instructions.
- Preheat your oven to 375˚.
- In a large bowl mix together the chicken, buffalo sauce, green onion, salt and pepper.
- In a small pan add 1 cup of cheddar cheese sprinkle on cornstarch mix until cheese is coated. Add in evaporated milk, heat over a low flame until completely melted and begins to thicken.
- Place cooked tater tots in a baking dish, top with cheese sauce, buffalo chicken, and the remaining cheddar cheese. Bake for about 5 to 10 minutes, long enough for the cheese to melt.
- Top with crumbled bacon and ranch dressing and serve.
