Buffalo Chicken Totchos (Tater Tot Nachos)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 28 oz. Bag Tater Tots Cooked per instructions
  • 2-1/2 Cups Rotisserie Chicken Shredded
  • 1 Cup Buffalo Sauce Divided
  • 2 Green Onions Diced
  • 1-1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 Cup Evaporated Milk
  • 6 Bacon Strips Cooked & Crumbled
  • 1/4 Cup Ranch Dressing
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook tater tots per package instructions.
  • Preheat your oven to 375˚.
  • In a large bowl mix together the chicken, buffalo sauce, green onion, salt and pepper.
  • In a small pan add 1 cup of cheddar cheese sprinkle on cornstarch mix until cheese is coated. Add in evaporated milk, heat over a low flame until completely melted and begins to thicken.
  • Place cooked tater tots in a baking dish, top with cheese sauce, buffalo chicken, and the remaining cheddar cheese. Bake for about 5 to 10 minutes, long enough for the cheese to melt.
  • Top with crumbled bacon and ranch dressing and serve.
