What’s up guys? Happy Monday! How do you start the week off right? With a freaking great breakfast of course. So today I am making an awesome Cheesy Breakfast Skillet. This is a SUPER easy breakfast to make and one that everyone will love. Even better this one is easy to tweak. Add veggies, meats, and book a whole new taste to this one. Cheesy Breakfast Skillet Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 English Muffins Halved
- 5 Bacon Slices Cooked & Crumbled
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Cups Milk
- 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1/3 Cup Green Onion Chopped
- 4 oz. Diced Pimentos Drained
- 2 Tbsp. Thyme
- 1 Tbsp. Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1 tsp. Hot Sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Pre-Heat oven to 350˚.
- Cut English muffins in half and place them on a caking sheet. Toast for 15 minutes until they are crispy.
- In medium bowl beat eggs. Add in the milk mixing until combined. Add in pimentos, mustard, hot sauce, green onions, thyme, salt and pepper to taste. Also add in 1-1/2 Cups of cheddar cheese.
- Lay toasted english muffins in 9" cast iron skillet. Pour egg mixture over muffins. Add crumbled bacon and remaining cheese.
- Cover with a piece of tin foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and allow to cook for another 15 minutes. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes and serve!
