Chicken Parmesan Pizza

Happy New Year! Let’s kick off 2021 the right way, hit that hard reset button and get things running right lol. I decided to get the year kicked off with a cool twist on two different classic recipes. We are going to combine Chicken Parmesan and Pizza! Yup we are making a Chicken Parmesan Pizza. I mean come on it’s chilly out we need a little comfort food so why the heck not right? Go ahead guys you really do need to treat yourself and try this one. The Best Chicken Parmesan Pizza

Total Time 35 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Refrigerated Pizza Dough
  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 1-1/2 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Marinara/Pizza Sauce
  • 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese Shredded
  • 4 oz. Mozzarella Shredded
  • 6 oz. Fontina Shredded
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven 400˚, and start heating 2 Tbsp. of Olive Oil in a pan/skillet.
  • Cut your chicken into small bite size chunks. Place flour in one bowl, egg in a second and bread crumbs in third.
  • Salt and pepper the chicken, coat it flour, then and egg, and last completely cover in the bread crumbs.
  • Fry in heated oil for a couple minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked all the way through.
  • Place pizza dough on baking sheet or pizza stone and pole holes in the crust to prevent it from rising too much. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes.
  • Remove the crust from the oven top with pizza sauce, chicken, all three cheese. Place bake in oven for another 12 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is completely melted and the crust is a golden brown.
