Preheat your oven 400˚, and start heating 2 Tbsp. of Olive Oil in a pan/skillet.
Cut your chicken into small bite size chunks. Place flour in one bowl, egg in a second and bread crumbs in third.
Salt and pepper the chicken, coat it flour, then and egg, and last completely cover in the bread crumbs.
Fry in heated oil for a couple minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked all the way through.
Place pizza dough on baking sheet or pizza stone and pole holes in the crust to prevent it from rising too much. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes.
Remove the crust from the oven top with pizza sauce, chicken, all three cheese. Place bake in oven for another 12 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is completely melted and the crust is a golden brown.
