Happy Monday everyone! So one thing this house loves (especially my son) is Chicken Wings. Because of this we like to play around with different flavors and look for different recipes. Whether we create one or find a really good one we just have to share it. That’s exactly what these Chimichurri Chicken Wings are, a MUST SHARE. Chimichurri Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 lb. Chicken Wings & Flats
- 2 Cups Cilantro Chopped
- 1 Cup Parsley
- 4 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 Jalapeño Seeded & Diced
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients together, except for the chicken. Keep about a quarter cup separate for use later.
- Add chicken to chimichurri marinade, make sure all the chicken is coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour and up to over night.
- Place on heated grill, cook over indirect heat. Turn roughly every 5 minutes, until cooked all the way through.
- Serve with the extra marinade.
