Instructions
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together, except for the chicken. Keep about a quarter cup separate for use later.
Add chicken to chimichurri marinade, make sure all the chicken is coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour and up to over night.
Place on heated grill, cook over indirect heat. Turn roughly every 5 minutes, until cooked all the way through.
Serve with the extra marinade.
