Epic Breakfast Burger

Total Time 30 minutes
Course Breakfast, Lunch, Main Course
Cuisine American, Barbecue
Servings 4 Servings

Ingredients

Potatoes:

  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 lb. Yukon Gold Potatoes Peeled and Chopped
  • 1/2 Onion Diced
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cilantro Cream:

  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro
  • 1 Lime Juiced
  • 1 Green Onion

Burgers:

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 4 White Cheddar Slices
  • 8 Bacon Slices Cooked
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 Hamburger Buns

Instructions

  • Start by heating up a skillet over a medium flame. Add in 2 Tbsp. of olive oil, add in your potatoes and onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Allow to cook until potatoes have browned. I like to leave mine sit so they get a little char. If you don't like the char occasionally stir them.
  • While potatoes are cooking make your sauce by adding all of the ingredients into a food processor and liquifying everything.
  • Heat your grill, for the ground beef into 4 equal sized patties and cook to desired temperature topping in the last couple of minutes of cooking with white cheddar cheese.
  • Last fry eggs to your desired temperature. I prefer mine to be over easy.
  • To build the burger place patty on top of bottom bun, then bacon, potatoes, sauce and close it with the top bun.
