Start by heating up a skillet over a medium flame. Add in 2 Tbsp. of olive oil, add in your potatoes and onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Allow to cook until potatoes have browned. I like to leave mine sit so they get a little char. If you don't like the char occasionally stir them.
While potatoes are cooking make your sauce by adding all of the ingredients into a food processor and liquifying everything.
Heat your grill, for the ground beef into 4 equal sized patties and cook to desired temperature topping in the last couple of minutes of cooking with white cheddar cheese.
Last fry eggs to your desired temperature. I prefer mine to be over easy.
To build the burger place patty on top of bottom bun, then bacon, potatoes, sauce and close it with the top bun.
