I have posted a lot of appetizers that taste really good but are really bad for you. So I figured I was do to post some that posted some that taste really good and well aren’t bad for you lol. The other day I was making some Hot Wings so I thought I would do a healthier version of those. Kinda put it out there and give you a choice between the two. These Quinoa Buffalo Bites really pack in a lot of flavor and you will NOT regret giving them a try. So go ahead cook them up and dig right in!

Healthy Quinoa Buffalo Bites Recipe
Ingredients
Quinoa Bites
- 1 Cup Cooked Quinoa
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Carrot Shredded
- 1/4 Celery Diced
- 3 Tbsp. Buffalo Sauce I used Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
- + 1/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce to toss in
- 1/4 Cheddar Cheese Shredded
Blue Cheese Dip
- 1/2 Cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. Crumbled Blue Cheese
