  • 1/4 Carrot Shredded
  • 1/4 Celery Diced
  • 3 Tbsp. Buffalo Sauce I used Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
  • + 1/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce to toss in
  • 1/4 Cheddar Cheese Shredded

Blue Cheese Dip

  • 1/2 Cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. Crumbled Blue Cheese
