Now I know it’s fall and not burger season, BUT this recipe could easily be an appetizer or some finger food for having friends over. These Jalapeno Cheddar Sliders are super easy and are so worth giving a try. The last time I made these I ended up taking them over to a neighbors and hanging out all evening. This is just that good of a little dish so go ahead have people over, go over to a friends and bring these. It doesn’t matter they are just that darn good!

Jalapeno Cheddar Sliders Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 2 Jalapenos Diced
- 3 oz. Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 2 Tbsp. Cilantro Minced
- 1 Garlic Clove Minced
- Dinner Rolls I used King Hawaiian
Instructions
- Seed and mince jalapeno peppers.
- Combine ground beef, minced jalapenos, cheddar cheese, pressed garlic, minded cilantro, and salt in a bowl. Mix well using a wooden spatula, until evenly incorporated. Then use your hand to mix but mix as fast as possible so the fats don’t begin to melt.
- Form 6 mini burger patties. Make a somewhat deep compression in the center of your patty with a thumb. (This will keep the burgers from bulging in the middle while cooking.)
- You can cook them on a grill or on a stove-top. Remember to brush burger patties with oil before putting them on a grill. (Use some oil if making them in a pan.)
- Serve on sweet rolls.
