Whew we made it to the end of another week! Haha yay Friday1 I am headed out to grab a burger with some friends but I am going to leave you with a really cool recipe in the mean time. I decided to do another Dip why? Because they are quick and simple and soooooo freaking good lol. I mean I love some pepper jack cheese so why not make a spinach dip with it lol. Yup Pepper Jack Spinach Dip.. with Bacon.. Bacon makes it all better lol. Anyway guys this is a quick and easy dip that will slay at ANY get together so give this one a try and when you do be sure to post to Instagram and Facebook and tag me =)

Pepper Jack Spinach Dip
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Frozen Baby Spinach Thawed
- 8 oz. Garden Vegetable Cream Cheese Softened
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 4 Green Onions Chopped
- 5 Bacon Slices Cooked & Chopped
- 2-1/2 Cups Pepper Jack Cheese Shredded & Divided
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350˚.
- Mix all of your ingredients in a medium bowl except for 1 Cup of pepper jack cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or cast iron skillet, top with the remaining cheese and bake for about 25 minutes.
