Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz. Frozen Baby Spinach Thawed
  • 8 oz. Garden Vegetable Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 4 Green Onions Chopped
  • 5 Bacon Slices Cooked & Chopped
  • 2-1/2 Cups Pepper Jack Cheese Shredded & Divided
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350˚.
  • Mix all of your ingredients in a medium bowl except for 1 Cup of pepper jack cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or cast iron skillet, top with the remaining cheese and bake for about 25 minutes.
