Well that was a.. a game I guess lol not really the high powered offensive game we like BUT here this is an appetizer you guys can try and is better than a low scoring Super Bowl lol. I made some Pepperoni Pizza Potato Skins! Yup I love me some potato skins lol so I wanted to see if I can make a pizza version of them, and well I did! I totally killed it here too. These little bad boys are a really simple recipe that is an awesome twist on a couple of classics I know you will totally love! So go ahead guys give this one a try and

Pepperoni Pizza Potato Skins Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Russet Potatoes
- 16 Pepperoni Slices
- 1-1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 1/2 Cup Pizza Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- Pre-Heat oven to 375˚.
- Wrap potatoes in aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Once potatoes are done carefully remove from aluminum foil. Cut in half and remove the pulp.
- In fryer or in a deep pan heat oil to 350˚. Fry potatoes for about 3-4 minutes until they are golden brown. Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel.
- Fill each potato with pizza sauce, then top with mozzarella and pepperoni and lastly a sprinkle of Italian seasoning, and bake for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
