So with being locked inside I figured I needed to revert to some more comfort food. What better comfort food is there than a pizza? You know me though I can’t leave foods alone so I have to look into how to tweak things. So a normal pizza wont do, how about a Pizza Dip? Boom! Yup that’s it lol. So go ahead and grab some garlic bread sticks and dip them right into this bad boy. You guys will totally fall in love with this simple and quick twist on a couple of classics. Pizza Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella Shredded
  • 1 (14.5 oz) Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 12 Pepperoni Slices
  • 1/4 lb. Bacon Cooked and Chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350˚.
  • In a blender/food processor combine tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Blend until it is smooth and set aside for now.
  • In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and about 1/4 cup of the mozzarella, mixing until combined.
  • Spread the cheese mixture into your baking dish, then pour the sauce on top and spread it so it covers your cheese mixture.
  • Next add the remaining mozzarella, then pepperoni and bacon.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until your cheese starts to brown.
