In a blender/food processor combine tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Blend until it is smooth and set aside for now.
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and about 1/4 cup of the mozzarella, mixing until combined.
Spread the cheese mixture into your baking dish, then pour the sauce on top and spread it so it covers your cheese mixture.
Next add the remaining mozzarella, then pepperoni and bacon.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until your cheese starts to brown.
