Sausage Cajun Alfredo

What’s up everyone! The weekend is here woot woot! Finally Friday thankfully lol. Being the weekend we need a nice quick easy dinner, that is a little bit different. So what not some Smoked Sausage Cajun Alfredo? Let’s be 100% honest that sounds completely amazing doesn’t it? Hahaha yes it does, this is the perfect one skillet dinner that is easy to make and a bit different that it will be fun for the family. Sausage Cajun Alfredo

Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz. Kielbasa Sausage
  • 8 oz. Pasta
  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Cajun Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta as per box instructions, drain and set aside.
  • Cut sausage into about 1/4-1/2 inch slices, heat medium pan/skillet and sauté sausage for about 5 minutes.
  • Add in heavy cream and seasonings, mix until combined and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, stir in parmesan cheese, add pasta and stir until completely coated.
