Simple BBQ Beef and Cheddar Sliders

Here we are another Friday in the books, last Friday of January! So how is your 2022 going so far? Drop a comment let me know how it is going, heck tell me what your New Year’s resolution was? Anyway, today is another perfect get-together food! We are making some Simple BBQ Beef and Cheddar Sliders! This may be one of the easiest things I have ever put up. Simple BBQ Beef and Cheddar Sliders

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
  • 1 lb. Roast Beef Thinly Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce
  • 8 Cheddar Cheese Slices
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1-1/2 tsp. Poppy Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350˚F.
  • In a medium bowl ass the roast beef and your favorite BBQ sauce, toss together until beef is coated.
  • Slice the rolls in half length wise placing the bottom half into a baking dish. Add your beef on top, then the cheese slices and close off the sliders.
  • In a small sauce pan melt butter, and add in brown sugar, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and poppy seeds. Bring to a slight boil and pour over the sliders.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes, until the rolls become crispy and cheese is melted.
