Simple Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry
Ingredients
Stir Fry
- oz. Udon Noodles
- lb. Flank Steak Thinly Sliced
- Head Broccoli Cut into Florets
- tsp. Sesame Oil
Sauce
- 3/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 3/4 Beef Broth
- 3/4 Cup Honey
- 3 Tbsp. Rice Wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 4 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger Minced
- 1 tsp. Sriracha
- 1/2 Cup Water
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of water, add the noodles to boiling water and allow to cook for about 6 minutes, drain completely and set aside.
- In a medium bowl whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, honey, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar garlic, sesame oil, ginger, cornstarch, sriracha, and water; set aside.
- Heat 1 Tbsp. of olive oil in a pan/skillet, slice steak against the grain and add into heated oil. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- Add in noodles, broccoli, sauce and cook until broccoli is tender and sauce has thickened. About 4 to 5 minutes.
