Boil a large pot of water, add the noodles to boiling water and allow to cook for about 6 minutes, drain completely and set aside.
In a medium bowl whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, honey, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar garlic, sesame oil, ginger, cornstarch, sriracha, and water; set aside.
Heat 1 Tbsp. of olive oil in a pan/skillet, slice steak against the grain and add into heated oil. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Add in noodles, broccoli, sauce and cook until broccoli is tender and sauce has thickened. About 4 to 5 minutes.
