Simple Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients
  

Stir Fry

  • oz. Udon Noodles
  • lb. Flank Steak Thinly Sliced
  • Head Broccoli Cut into Florets
  • tsp. Sesame Oil

Sauce

  • 3/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 3/4 Beef Broth
  • 3/4 Cup Honey
  • 3 Tbsp. Rice Wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 4 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
  • 1 Tbsp. Ginger Minced
  • 1 tsp. Sriracha
  • 1/2 Cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Boil a large pot of water, add the noodles to boiling water and allow to cook for about 6 minutes, drain completely and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, honey, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar garlic, sesame oil, ginger, cornstarch, sriracha, and water; set aside.
  • Heat 1 Tbsp. of olive oil in a pan/skillet, slice steak against the grain and add into heated oil. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  • Add in noodles, broccoli, sauce and cook until broccoli is tender and sauce has thickened. About 4 to 5 minutes.
