Not too long ago I posted a behind the scenes with Madelyn and myself well today you guys get to see the recipe we were making together lol. So while she was singing her This is Halloween and jumping on me.. and pinching me lol (every time I film with her this is how much she beats me up lol). Anyway I decided to whip up a cool little dessert that is sure to please any sweet tooth. These Smores Egg Rolls are simply some of the best some of the best ever desserts. They take everything that is awesome about a smore, and DEEP FRY it!! I mean come on you know deep frying makes things better lol. So go ahead give this one a shot you will totally love it… and since you don’t have Maddie as a helper you will make it in about 1/4 of the time it took me lol.

S’mores Egg Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
- 12 Egg Roll Wrappers
- Graham Crackers Finely Crushed
- Chocolate Chips
- Marshmallow Fluff
Instructions
- Whether in a pan on the stove top of in a fryer heat oil to about 350 degrees.
- Lay egg roll wrapper flat. Place two spoonfuls of Marshmallow fluff in the center of the wrapper, Add Chocolate Chips and a little crushed graham cracker on top of fluff.
- Roll Egg roll over once, then fold in the sides. Using a water dampen the last flap and then continue to roll sealing the egg roll.
- Fry in the oil for a couple of minutes until they are golden brown.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with a little chocolate sauce and sprinkle with a little more graham cracker crumbs.
