Whether in a pan on the stove top of in a fryer heat oil to about 350 degrees.
Lay egg roll wrapper flat. Place two spoonfuls of Marshmallow fluff in the center of the wrapper, Add Chocolate Chips and a little crushed graham cracker on top of fluff.
Roll Egg roll over once, then fold in the sides. Using a water dampen the last flap and then continue to roll sealing the egg roll.
Fry in the oil for a couple of minutes until they are golden brown.
Remove from heat and drizzle with a little chocolate sauce and sprinkle with a little more graham cracker crumbs.
