Hey everyone happy Friday! Today I dropping a fun little recipe for dinner. We are going to take ramen tweak it up a little bit again. I totally have fun with these next level ramen recipes lol. This time it is Sriracha Chicken Ramen. This is another cool twist on simple ramen that is easy to adjust the heat up or down to make it easy to hit your perfect level of spice. How to Make Sriracha Chicken Ramen
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Chicken Breast
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. Tbsp. Sriracha Sauce
- 2 3oz. Packages Ramen Noodles
- 1/3 Cup Cocktail Peanuts
- 2 Tbsp. Green Onion Diced
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Discard the flavor packets from your ramen, and place noodles in hot water. Boil for about 3 minutes, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat a couple of tablespoons of oil, add chunked chicken and cook until it starts to brown.
- Add in the brown sugar, soy sauce, sriracha, and peanuts to skillet. Allow to simmer for about 5 – 6 minutes occasionally stirring.
- Add in cooked noodles and peanuts stirring them in completely. Allow to cook for a couple more minutes and serve.
