The Best Three-Cheese Pizza

Hopefully everyone had a good weekend, I had an amazing one and am feeling refreshed! Today I am going to throw down and make simply the Best Three-Cheese Pizza! It is a quick and simple recipe, that quickly became my wife’s favorite pizza to date hands down. When you talk about making a good Cheese Pizza and making it easy this one will let you next level it without adding much work to it at all. The Best Three-Cheese Pizza Recipe!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Refrigerated Pizza Dough
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 16 oz. Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1 Cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425˚.
  • Place your pizza dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
  • In a small bowl mix together ricotta, Parmesan, and salt. Drop spoonfuls of the cheese mixture evenly over the pizza.
  • Sprinkle with the Italian seasoning and red pepper flake to taste.
  • Place in the oven for about 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
