Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425˚.
Place your pizza dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
In a small bowl mix together ricotta, Parmesan, and salt. Drop spoonfuls of the cheese mixture evenly over the pizza.
Sprinkle with the Italian seasoning and red pepper flake to taste.
Place in the oven for about 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
