Instructions
In a pan/skillet combine apples and caramel sauce, stir so apples are coated. Cook for about 15 minutes until apples are soft.
In shallow dish combine eggs, milk, and cinnamon. Dip both sides of each slice of Texas Toast into the mixture.
In another pan/skillet cook each slice until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes each side.
To serve place a piece of French Toast on a plate, top with caramel apples and then a second slice of toast. Top with syrup, or powdered sugar.
