Bacon Potato Wedge Recipe

This is a super fast and super simple recipe that is great for last minute appetizers.
Total Time 40 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 10 Potatoes
  • 40 Slices of Bacon
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Pre-Heat oven to 400 Degrees.
  • Boil Potatoes for about 10 minutes, Drain and let cool for a couple of minutes.
  • Slice the Potatoes in quarters and wrap each wedge in bacon.
  • Bake wedges for about 20 minutes (until Bacon is fully cooked) flipping the half way through.
  • Salt Wedges, and allow to cool a bit before serving.
