Bacon Potato Wedge Recipe
This is a super fast and super simple recipe that is great for last minute appetizers.
Total Time 40 minutes mins
- 10 Potatoes
- 40 Slices of Bacon
- Salt
Pre-Heat oven to 400 Degrees.
Boil Potatoes for about 10 minutes, Drain and let cool for a couple of minutes.
Slice the Potatoes in quarters and wrap each wedge in bacon.
Bake wedges for about 20 minutes (until Bacon is fully cooked) flipping the half way through.
Salt Wedges, and allow to cool a bit before serving.
