Instructions
In small bowl mix together softened cream cheese and brown sugar.
Spread mixture on one side of each slice of Texas Toast.
Place 4 slices of cooked bacon on 4 of the slices of Texas Toast and close with the other four slices. Cream Cheese sides facing in.
In shallow dish whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla.
Dip outer sides of sandwiches into egg mixture.
Heat pan/skillet over medium heat and cook each sandwich until golden brown. About 2-3 minutes on each side.
