Bacon Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Texas Toast Slices
  • 16 Bacon Slices Cooked
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • In small bowl mix together softened cream cheese and brown sugar.
  • Spread mixture on one side of each slice of Texas Toast.
  • Place 4 slices of cooked bacon on 4 of the slices of Texas Toast and close with the other four slices. Cream Cheese sides facing in.
  • In shallow dish whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla.
  • Dip outer sides of sandwiches into egg mixture.
  • Heat pan/skillet over medium heat and cook each sandwich until golden brown. About 2-3 minutes on each side.
