Bacon Wrapped Bourbon Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 12 Chicken Wings Whole
  • 24 Bacon Slices
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Onion Diced
  • 1 Tbsp. Ginger Minced

  • While the wings are roasting, make the glaze. Heat the butter in a large sauce pot on medium heat, and when it's melted, throw in the shallot and ginger. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the onions are translucent but not caramelized. Add in your Bourbon, black pepper, maple syrup, soy sauce, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar and cook for 10 minutes on high heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is reduced.
