BBQ Bacon Blue Cheese Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 7 Red Potatoes
  • 5 Bacon Slices Cooked and Chopped
  • 2 Celery Ribs Chopped
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion Diced
  • 1/4 Cup Blue Cheese Crumble
  • 2 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Taragon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place potatoes in a large pot and fill with enough water to cover potatoes. Bring to a boil and allow to go for about 35 minute until you can pierce potatoes with a fork. Chunk potatoes into bite sized pieces.
  • In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and top with the blue cheese.
