Instructions
Pre-Heat oven to 350˚.
Mix all of the meatloaf ingredients together, form patties and bake for 25-30 minutes. Flip patties half way through.
Heat oil to 375˚.
While baking the patties mix flour, salt, paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper.
Drag sliced onions through the flour mixture and fry until golden brown, take out and drain on a paper towel.
In a sauce pan add in all ingredients for the bourbon sauce. Bring it to a boil reduce heat and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
In a skillet/pan place about 1/2 cup of your bourbon sauce, add in your meatloaf patties and top with cheese cook until cheese is melted.
Put together the sandwich by placing a patty on the bottom bun top with more bourbon sauce and onion straws!
