Instructions
Preheat oven to 375˚, on stove top heat a skillet or pan over a medium heat and melt butter. Sauté onions in melted butter until tender.
Roll dough out onto a piece of lightly floured parchment paper. Place cheeses down the center of the dough, add chicken, bbq sauce and sautéed onions.
Fold sides of dough over the center and pinch to seal, then fold in the ends. Using parchment paper flip the Stromboli onto a baking sheet.
Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with parmesan and Italian seasoning.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
