Heat about 1 Tbsp. of Oil in a medium pan, sautee onions and peppers until soft. Add the paprika making sure to coat onions, and peppers completely and continue to cook for another couple of minutes.
Add in Bloody Mary Mix, Worcestershire Sauce, Tabasco, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes allowing sauce to thicken up a bit. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
Form your ground beef into 4 equal patties, and grill to your desired temperature, I toasted the buns also this is optional.
To assemble lay down the bottom bun, place a little shredded lettuce on top, then the burger patty, your sauce and a little extra pepper. Close it up with your top bun.
