Bloody Mary Burger Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 Red Onion Chopped
  • 1 Red Pepper Chopped
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 Cup Bloody Mary Mix
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Tobasco
  • 1 Lemon Juice
  • 4 Cracked Black Pepper Buns

Instructions
 

  • Heat about 1 Tbsp. of Oil in a medium pan, sautee onions and peppers until soft. Add the paprika making sure to coat onions, and peppers completely and continue to cook for another couple of minutes.
  • Add in Bloody Mary Mix, Worcestershire Sauce, Tabasco, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes allowing sauce to thicken up a bit. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
  • Form your ground beef into 4 equal patties, and grill to your desired temperature, I toasted the buns also this is optional.
  • To assemble lay down the bottom bun, place a little shredded lettuce on top, then the burger patty, your sauce and a little extra pepper. Close it up with your top bun.
  • Boom! Enjoy.
