In a small sauce pan, heat a little bit of oil and sauté garlic and onion, until they become fragrant and translucent.
Add in entire can of whole peeled tomatoes. , then the rest of the ingredients for the Bloody Mary Sauce into the sauce pan, except for the vodka. Stir to combine and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for about 20-25 minutes.
Stir in the vodka and allow to simmer another 15 minutes. The tomatoes should break down in this time, if not you can crush them with a wooden spoon.
While sauce is simmering preheat oven to 375˚.
On pizza stone or baking pan spread corn meal. Place dough over corn meal. Place a nice thick layer of the Bloody Mary sauce on the dough. Then layer cheese, bacon, tomatoes and olives.
Bake pizza until crust is a golden brown and cheese is nice and melty. About 12-15 minutes.
