Toss Blueberries in 1 Tbsp. of flour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9 x 5 loaf pan.
Mix all of your dry ingredients, fold in wet ingredients into the dry. Once completely mixed add in your tossed blueberries. Be careful so you don't destroy and break them all open.
Pour batter into coated loaf pan, and bake should be about 45 minutes to an hour, until you can check with a toothpick by inserting it if nothing sticks your bread is done.
Allow to cool for about an hour, then transfer to a rack to let cool the rest of the way.
