This is a just a fun twist on Buffalo Chicken and on Corn Chowder!

  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. Cayenne
  • Salt
  • 2/3 Cup Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 4 oz. Blue Cheese Crumbled

Buffalo Chicken Corn Chowder

  • 1 Cup Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 4 Slice of Bacon Chopped
  • 1 lbs. Boneless Chicken Breast Cubed
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion Chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove Minced
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
  • 4 Cups Corn
  • 1 Potato Peeled and Cubed
  • 1 Cup Whole Milk
  • 4 Cup Chicken Stock
  • Salt
  • Pepper
