Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Rolls – The Ultimate Cheesy, Spicy Snack!

Ingredients
  

Filling:

  • 3 Cup Chicken Cooked and Shredded
  • 3/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Ranch
  • 2 Tbsp. Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1 Green Pepper Diced
  • 1/4 Cup Green Onions Sliced

Butter Topping:

  • 4 Tbsp. Butter Melted
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsely
  • 1 Garlic Clove Minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flake

Rolls:

  • 12 Pack Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded

Instructions
 

  • 🔥 Set your oven to 350°F. Grab a small bowl and mix up that garlic butter goodness—melted butter, parsley, garlic, parmesan, salt, black pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Give it a good stir and set it aside.
  • 🌶 In a large bowl, toss together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch, cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, garlic, cilantro, and green bell pepper. Want to add more flavor? Throw in some green onion or red onion for an extra kick! Stir everything together until it’s fully combined.
  • 🥖 Grab your dinner rolls and cut out a square from the center of each one. Don’t go all the way through—just enough to make a pocket for all that cheesy buffalo goodness.
  • 🧀 Load up each roll with about 2 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken filling. Brush them all over with the garlic butter mixture, making sure every inch is coated for maximum flavor. Mix your two cheeses together and sprinkle some on top of each roll.
  • ⏳ Pop the rolls into the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melty, bubbly, and golden on top.
