In large bowl mix together ground beef, 1/4 cup enchilada sauce, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, chili powder, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
From meatballs and place into a baking dish.
Pour remaining enchilada sauce over meatballs, cover with a piece of aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover top with cheese and bake another 10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
