Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375˚.
Whisk together your eggs, cornmeal, corn, sour cream, milk, oil, sugar, and chilies.
Add in chorizo, 1-1/2 Cups of the shredded cheese, and green onions and continue to mix until completely combined.
Pour into a baking dish and add remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
