In small bowl whisk together eggs, cream and Oreos.
Heat pan/skillet over medium heat.
Drag toast through mixture, make sure it is coated nicely but not soaked through.
Cook Texas Toast until golden brown about 3-4 minutes on each side.
While toast cooks whip cream until thick and peaked, fold in Oreos.
Then in a small bowl mix powdered sugar, milk and vanilla to desired consistency.
Stack toast, spreading cream between each layer and then topping the stack with your glaze.
